Our UMJC leaders and leadership teams will gather for a meaningful time of connection, encouragement, and leadership development at The King’s University in Dallas, Texas.
Our 2027 theme, “Leading in All Seasons” will explore what it means to lead faithfully through every season of ministry and life.
We will hear from rabbis and leaders—including Rabbi Rich Nichol together with Rabbi Nathan Joiner, Suzy Linett, West Regional Director, and more—about how they have handled their various seasons of congregational leadership. A woman’s panel will address their approach to congregational challenges, growth, and change. We will also visit Rabbi Jerry Feldman’s library which he donated to The King’s University. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow leaders as well.
And because we’ll be in Texas, Monday evening we’ll head out to the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo! Bring your boots and cowboy hats and get ready for a legendary Texas experience.

Meal Information:
Sunday dinner, Monday lunch, and Tuesday lunch are included in registration. Meals are kosher style, meaning dairy and meat will not be served together in the same meal. Vegetarian options will be available, and kosher meals can be requested, at an additional cost, by contacting office@umjc.org by December 1.

We are excited to announce our upcoming UMJC Israel Tours in March 2027. There are two great options. There is the Israel Study and Mitzvah Tour led by Rabbi Barney Kasdan and Rabbi Rich Nichol. We are also offering our Israel Youth Adventure Tour led by Matt Absolon. Both tours offer a distinctive Messianic Jewish perspective on the land and our people and we will be making some personal connections with the Messianic Jewish Israeli community while we are there.
