Congregation Sar-El, which gathers for the Torah Service every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the following address: Rua Inácio Lustosa, 750, São Francisco District, Curitiba, Paraná – Brazil – ZIP Code 80510-000. The Messianic Jewish Congregation Sar-El was founded in February 2002, with the presence and blessing of Rabbis Joseph Shulam (Netivyah/Jerusalem) and Marcelo Miranda Guimarães (Ministério Ensinando de Sião/Brazil).

Jair holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. He is also a visual artist and chose to step away from his professional activities at the end of 2013 to dedicate himself fully to the Eternal's calling as the leader of this kehilat. He completed the distance-learning program from the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute (MJBI – Brazil), holds a degree from CATES (Centro Avançado de Teologia Ensinando de Sião), and has also earned a degree in Jewish Theology from the Or David Jewish Seminary.

Jair do Amaral e Silva e sua esposa Stella lideram a Congregação Judaico Messiânica Sar-El, que se reúne para o Serviço da Torá todos os sábados às 10h da manhã, no endereço: Rua Inácio Lustosa, 750, Bairro São Francisco, Cidade de Curitiba, Paraná - Brasil – CEP 80510-000. A Congregação Judaico Messiânica Sar-El foi fundada em Fevereiro de 2002, com a presença e benção dos rabinos Joseph Shulam (Netivyah/Jerusalém) e Marcelo Miranda Guimarães (Ministério Ensinando de Sião/Brasil). Jair é formado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo. É artista plástico e abdicou de suas atividades profissionais em final de 2013, para dedicar-se exclusivamente  ao chamado do Eterno como líder desta Kehilat. Cursou o Seminário Teológico Judaico-Messiânico à distância do MJBI (Messianic Jewish Bible Institute - Brasil). É formado pelo CATES (Centro Avançado de Teologia Ensinando de Sião) e em Teologia Judaica pelo Or David Jewish Seminary.
